I'm an idiot!!!!! GRRRRR!

I have six egg baskets; all antiques that belonged to my late MIL.

Just went out to collect eggs from my two coops. I carried an egg basket with me. Got six eggs out of my brahma coop, put them in my pocket, carrying the basket and headed to the baby coop.

Bent down to collect eggs in the baby coop, causing 2 of the brahma eggs to fall out of my pockets without me realizing it. Of course I smashed them with my knee. Bent down to pick up the broken eggs. Two more fell out of my pockets and promptly got smashed.

I'm such an idiot!!

Think I'll go back to bed now.
