I'm at a complete loss

(the weird stuff in the water is vitiman E, it's in her food too and I already gave her a dose of B12)
Give the vitamins to her direct orally. Adding to water, the E will just float about, unless she drinks all of that water, she's not getting much. Same with food you provide, she'd need to eat every bit. Possible she's not been getting the full benefit of the vitamins you've been giving her if you've been putting it in food/water.

Pop the whole Vitamin E gel cap into the beak and let her swallow. Same with the B-Complex tablet, pop the piece into her beak and let her swallow.

B12 is Cobalamin, it's not B-Complex. What you want is B-Complex that contains B1 (Thiamine), B2 (Riboflavin), etc.

Give her some egg to help with the uptake of E and provide her with a nutritionally balanced poultry feed. Chick Starter or an All Flock/Flock raiser feed would be good to feed. All your other chickens can eat this feed too, just provide oyster shell free choice for your laying pullets/hens.

You may want to treat her with some vitamins to help with her balance and legs, to see if it'll help. Every day, give 1/2 a tablet of vitamin B Complex and one vitamin E 400IU. Give her some eggs too, to help her absorb the vitamin E more.

I'd like to second everything Wyorp Rock has said here.

Also, don't worry about her overdosing on the B complex. Pop a pill or half a pill in her mouth, and her body will use as much as she needs and excrete the rest. Won't hurt her, just passes through if she doesn't use it.

In case you haven't seen it, this article shows how to syringe dose a chicken, and has a good picture of the inside of a chickens mouth, which shows the opening to the lungs (the middle) and where you want the food and water to go (off to the side). When I dose a chicken with a pill, I put it far back into the beak/mouth, but not into the opening to the lungs, and immediately let them close their mouth - they should swallow on their own.

I like to mix raw or cooked egg and a little water with chick starter chicken feed (20% protein) - most of mine think that's a treat. Also, Nutridrench may be something to consider dosing her with to encourage her appetite and for trace minerals/nutrients - it's basically molasses water with some excellent minerals and nutrients added - you would syringe feed this for efficiency in using the medication, or soak it up into a small piece of bread, and pop that into her mouth so she swallows it.

Good luck with your sweet girl.

Better pick of her in sling, I have tried multiple different slings but I find this one works best for her (the weird stuff in the water is vitiman E, it's in her food too and I already gave her a dose of B12) sorry I haven't picked up actual feed yet, I promise to do it in the next week!!! Also I gave her a couple earthworms I found while gardening if you see the last one 😭
She is so beautiful, I just want to hug her.

Her comb is red and straight up, that is an indication that she is healthy. If it falls on the side, turn like dark, purple colour...that is very bad.

There is a metal enclosure under her feet, they seem uncomfortable, is it possible to have something softer? Or it has to be as she is outside and metal floor is to prevent predator dig under?

Might be have her food in a smaller pieces,I am just thinking it helps her digest system work a bit less and more work on recovering.

Your little looking good indication by her comb, might be it takes a bit of time to heal. Be strong.

Sorry I should have clarified, I'm giving her half a mega b tablet, it says complete from b1-b12. I also forgot to mention she had a whole egg just before this pic but I will start syringe giving her the vitiman E with the b complex just to make sure she gets enough into her system tysm!!!

Sorry for the timezone differences I know it's late in America, but as of late last night she is no longer pooping normal and is leaking little bits of clear liquid with white poo. her vent doesn't have much noticeable swelling I think it might be gleet, mabye, but it's not much leakage. Her vent feathers have already been trimmed for a month with washes every few days for cleanliness. I think if it is gleet it may be from lack of water as it is about 34⁰ (93.2°F) (she is inside but it's still about 27⁰) every day In Australia on average and I struggle with getting her to stop tipping her water. but I still refill it about 4 times and mix her food with water aswell as dip her beak in it the bowl throghout the day but I'm not sure it's enough. Any other things this could be other than gleet? It's not severe enough to soak the feathers around it yet, and there is a servere lack of poo for how much she has eaten since it started.
PS this is the first time this has happened

Sounds like you've ID'd it, but the best thing to do if you want good input from us is post some pictures. Of her poop, of her vent, etc. Sending you supportive thoughts.

First two pics is the blanket she slept on last night and the last pic is after a wash, before I washed her she had this small white sort of sack hanging out about the size of a qtip head I put bedadine on her vent after I took the picture because it was slightly red before I washed her and she would quiver when I touched the area as if she was in pain 😢
