I used to say "tip-toe through the Tulips". The wife isn't happy when ya track in the "leavings behind" of poultry. Not pleasant!

Welcome back. Be sure and wipe your feet before entering your wife's home. Also, buy her a couple of ornamental chickens of her own. Hopefully she'll fall for them.

I gave up just wiping my feet, janiedoe. I bought a pair of chicken farming shoes..........that stayed at the back door and weren't allowed in the house. I was single back then, so I was the one having to clean the floors.

I change shoes for every pen I have, so none gets tracked to other pens or the house....'think- live - biosecurity'.
