Im so glad to be back, I couldnt wait to get back to my birds and my bird friends, I really missed them and you all.

Things sure are mess back in PA with the estate. Me and my twin sister are executors of the will, there are 6 kids total, 2 boys and 4 girls, 1 girl is mentally challenged. Me and my half brother are getting along just fine, he and I got everything split that we were to split and taken care of, but the 3 girls, thats a whole different story, them 3 have had knock down, drag out fights, fist fights, hair pulling, bloody noses and one even lost a tooth, its a big mess. We have to get the house cleaned out and get it ready to sale. My mother was a pack rat, she didnt throw NOTHING away, and I mean NOTHING. Its a big 5 bedroom farm house and mother had them bedrooms packed full from wall to wall, from ceiling to floor, you open the door and thats as far as you can go, them rooms are packed full. We have alot of work ahead of us and all they want to do is fight. Im at my wits end with them, I just dont know what to do for them or with them. I told them I was going to reat a boxing ring and throw them all in there and let them fight it out and get it all out of their system and then maybe we can get this house cleaned out.

I thought we all should just walk away from everything for a few weeks, let everyone deal with it in their way, take time to heal and get our thoughts together and then we can all meet back up at the house and try to start over and get done what is needed. So that is what we are doing for now.

I was on the phone the other night, I had 1 sis on the cell phone and 1 on the land phone and they were screaming at eachother while I had a phone at each ear, it took me over an hour to get them calm downed. Things have been calm for a day and hald now, Im hoping it stays that way for another day.

Its such a mess, my head is spinning and throbbing from all of the trama. Im just hoping we can get threw this and have everyone on talking terms when it is all over. ....................

Oh, Ed, I am so sorry you are having to deal with all this. Why does this always seem to happen when a parent passes on? I think you are right about waiting a few weeks. I think it will help you, I really don't think it will change the girls. So sad.

That's how my stepdad and his sisters did it -- less squabbling that way.
Sorry you are having to deal with that too - So soon after losing your dad!!
