im curious when do ducklings start to eat and walk ?

they hatched yesterday and i had to move the 4 hatch lings and their mother in my garage because its freezing out side mother coaperated very nicely and even made a little nest she lets me touch them but all ive seen them do is crawl around here and rub their faces in her feathers its so cute. when will they walk and eat?

We had 2 day old hatchery ducks arrive and they started eating and
drinking almost immediately.

When i first hatch out ducklings some didn't start eating until the next day and some waited another full day ..

The three I just hatched started eating the second I put them in the brooder. One tried to eat his shell.
