I'm debating incubator or broody hen? Which is better?

Should i take away fertile eggs and use an incubator or should i let the hen raise the chicks?? Which is less work? Which will hatch more of the eggs?

I think it comes down to personal choice. Me; I have no experience with an incubator and would pick broody hen every time

I do both, broodies and 'bators. I'll say this, my girls are hatching masters, but they can't hatch as many as my incubator can.
I just had about 50 chicks come out of the incubator, and 20 chicks between 3 broodies
