Okay, it's time for me to ramble....This year ......I made 2 cheesecakes and used homemade cream cheese and it was super super good.... It's emeril's goat cheese cheesecake and I just kicked up a notch by making all the cheeses in it....It was really good...(not bragging, emerill did the hard work developing the recipe!)

I simply cannot cook anymore desserts but cheesecake sounds really good.

Glad you're feeling better, but I'm afraid of what a piece of cheesecake would look and taste like after it made the trip to Oz. Might make you sick all over again.

Now I just might have to make one later. I had a wonderful pumpkin cheesecake last weekend at my GM's Turkey Dinner party at her retirement center. It was Delish!!
