I'm eggcited

After many months of (not) waiting patiently We finally got our first egg.

Whoever laid it did so in the run not the coop and defiantly not in the nesting boxes. Any suggestions?

Congrats on the new egg! The first one is always exciting. When mine started to lay sometimes they laid out of the nest boxes too, but they found their way after a few days. I also found that my early morning layers needed a light on or they wouldn't go to the nest boxes-to dark in the coop.
