I've got a lionhead. He does not like to be with younger kids, and does not like to be far from his cage. He also resents being picked up, but will lick me if I scratch the right place on his back. I don't know if all lionheads are like this, he's the only bunny I've ever had. I really like him and I hope you have fun with yours!

Although it usually last quite a while, which is nice. In my experience my two rabbits go through phases of eating a ton of hay--so much I have to sometimes give extra during the day (I typically give them hay once in the morning and once at night) -- to barely eating any.My lionhead is pretty grouchy and doesn't like to be picked up, either. Definitely not a cuddler. But we have also established a trust and knowledge of each other, so he can be pretty sweet to me, too. I've had him for over 8 years though. I feel like I've heard several stories before of lionheads being slightly meaner/grumpier, but I've only ever had my one so I can't speak from personal experience.
