OH! Yes I did, but I thought you meant to keep the other little chicks from the older Sweepea. My worry is with all the adult birds in the pen bothering the hen and chicks. Maybe not trying to hurt them but accidently stepping on them. I would really like to turn the hen and chicks out but the chance of a skunk or coon getting them before they start roosting bothers me. The skunks have gotten four of the five guinea nests so far. I have a lot of traps out and haven't had any problems close around the house and pens but, hey, these are our precious we talking about not those **** guineas.
I think for their safety I will pull the chicks. It saddens DW, and me somewhat, but I think it will be best for them.
