Hello Everyone,
New back in 2023 but went inactive. I'm back after a 10-month break. I'm a single lady looking for a fun hobby. I enjoy giving away food, snacks and baked items to people-so I plan to offer eggs to my neighbors and friends. Had to change out my flock because of the weather and no roof (only tarps) on coop. I promise! that did not work with the rains. The muddy mess was overwhelming, so I donated my flock to a farmer so I could get a proper roof on the existing coop. When finished, I ordered my 2 day old chicks from hatchery in Missouri which was a great experience. They all arrived alive and still very healthy & rowdy at 5 months. Started laying about 5 days ago and this coop is in much better shape this time around for my new girls. This is going to my hobby for my retirement years- starting 2025. Wish me luck !
