One has started to hatch. It pecked a little hole last night, and it's not pecked anymore since then, should I do something?
 
Not yet, let it do its thing. Definitely nerve-wracking, but don't think about intervening unless 24 hours have passed from the initial pip, and there has been absolutely no progress



Patience is the name of the game

Leave it for 24 hours, and if it has not made progress, or seems to be weakening, read the BYC article on assisted hatch. This can be found under the articles tab, and will tell you how to help your chick.
