I'm home alone, hungry, & have a bunch of Rangers in the barn

What's for dinner?
Deep fried Colored Range Broiler.

I went out to the barn, got a handful of scratch, and hand fed my
broilers. The one who wouldn't come close and was very flighty
is now gonna be dinner.

I was gonna process the silver silkie too but didn't want to deal
with silkie feathers.

The turkey fryer is heating up. The bird is already processed and
stuffed with hot peppers from the garden.

The turkey fryer has a little water in it mixed with the oil so I'm
letting it bubble out.

Yummmmmmmmmmm


In about 20 minutes or so.............
