My body doesn't recognize thirst, so I stay hungry. what I do is drink some water with Liquid IV in it and it satisfies it. I think it's helping me lose weight, so far 60 pds. 20 more to go for goal.

I drink water and a good bit every day and workout most everyday except the last couple weeks and a couple of days because I have been sick and hurt and drank maybe 2 times a year if that
