Whew, I thought you meant a trio of roosters (like a quartet is four singers)! Let the breeding begin! (ok, well...maybe in a few months)

I have a young pair of bantam hamburgs. They are really beautiful little birds and at least so far have very sweet personalities. Good luck with those beautiful little babies.

These are the most skittish baby chicks I've ever had and they have been since day one. I read that they were flighty, but WOW!

My friend ( team edward on BYC ) gave me a Silver Spangled Hamburg Pullet, and she was about 2/1 months old and then somebody let my little Shih - Zue dog out of the house and she got into the backyard and chased her down and chewed on her -died!

I was so upset! I had wanted a SSH so BAD! Then I had one and what happens ...

Aw, that's too bad. Poor little Hamburg. Well, if you hang on a couple of months...I'll have a 5 month old roo OR some SSH hatching eggs!
