I'm In Trouble!!!

I am just about to walk out the door to get 2 more chicks! AGHHHH!!! I already have 11!!!! I do have to give the boys away and I know I have 3 boys so far, but I am going chicken crazy!!! Someone posted pictures of a white easter egger a few days ago and when I was at the Cal Ranch store today....they had white easter eggers!!!!!! I left with only a new light bulb and my husband asked if I got any more, and I said NO, but NOW I can't get the little chicks out of my head!!!!

Chicken math. Get an incubator - then you will REALLY be in trouble. I've got 20 new chicks & 13 more in the bator with a garunteed 1 more hatch before I even consider stopping. You are gonna need another coop.

I have a small brooder in the basement for when they first hatch, then a large grower in the garage - then they move to a grow out pen once all feathered - then they move in with the flock.

I try to sell some as I go along - but people only want hens & I'm not very motovated to sell the hens.

I tried to get help controlling my "chick fever" two days ago from this forum.

What you're doing is the equivalent walking into the local pub for help controlling your drinking problem. We're ALL just going to enable you and suggest ways to get new chicks, and help you rationalize your need for more chickens. We love chickens.

OK! Here they are!!! My flock of 11 just didn't seem full enough with 3 of them being boys...so I'll have to get rid of them! My first 11 are all different breeds, seeing that I didn't know what I really likes and I wanted variety...well...I fell in love with my easter egger so I got 2 more!!!
