I'm incubating duck eggs and candled last night...I have twins in one egg!

I candled my 4 Swedish duck eggs last night and they all are alive and well but one has two embryos! I've seen twin baby chickens hatch, but never ducks, is it possible for them to hatch? Or will they just die? Thanks

Sadly those eggs usually end I one or both dieing.

That's too bad They are due to hatch on Apil 17th

I think one of mine has twins too! How did yours go?? Sorry im late lol

I'm late in updating also ...All 4 eggs hatched, and sadly one of the twins died on around day 20 so the other duckling hatched and there was a half formed baby duck embryo just floating in some goop. The other 4 all lived happily and I still have one of them.

Aww at least one survived! Out of 18 eggs 10 hàvd been no good and I think another 3 aren't good either
