Neither chicken looks like a rooster. The barred rock kinda have that rooster quality to a new chicken parent (completely speaking from experience). I just got one myself and yours looks just like my hen.

Looks like two pullets. in Barred Rocks, the female has darker barring - the male lighter colored.
