Most people who are actually going to leave a social media platform...don't post an attention seeking post asking people to convince them to stay. If you want to leave, leave. If you don't, stay. But this is just another nonsense thread in a sea of nonsense threads, in the rambling section, where your clique of friends is showing you support. Seems to be precisely what you are standing against? Feels kind of good when it is your clique though?

Personally I think "leaving byc...maybe forever" seems like an over reaction. bit dramatic/immature. There is a HUGE spectrum of actions you could take before that like spending less time on here or taking a break or utilizing that ignore button or working to fix this place you think is so broken instead of LEAVING FOREFVER!!!!

Just my .02 cents. I wish you the best with your poultry and all your endeavors, and hope you decide to stay and be part of the solution.

You can use random ramblings all you want! I do too! But do you really need to fight and form cliques and be crazy? NO. just chat pleasantly with each other.

I don't go on Random Ramblings and some other threads because they seem almost like private conversations and that I would be butting in. Or there is a lot of disagreement that I don't want to be involved in.

There are lots of other fun threads to be part of. I also like reading all the information for chicken issues that come up and help in any way that I can. I have learned a lot since I joined as a newbie. (still feel like a newbie) Yes, there are different opinions on how to do things because we are all individuals and there is often more than one answer to a question. Hopefully we can all respect each others experiences and ideas. Don't let a nasty few chase you away from all the good people on the forum.

#1, I was not seeking attention. How would you like it if I just disappeared forever and never told any of you? Wouldn't you be worried and confused? Of course! Just YOU wouldn't be, cause you don't care if I leave or not.

I say that you are wrong..... Last year on Facebook there was a huge movement of people leaving Facebook and they were all telling the world. They changed their profile pictures all to the same picture just to say that they were leaving Facebook. Why? Because of what Facebook has turned into. I personally think that if anybody on this forum that is known plans on leaving, they should say that they are, and why. I've followed a few people over here on this forum, and some of my favorite people has just plain disappeared with no reason or warning. It's sad. Very sad.
