fixed all holes in coop and still no success keeping predator out

Well that certainly can't be true because they are getting in somehow. How big is the coop? If you go out there at night and have someone shine a light while you are looking at the inside you will see areas where light is coming through and you need to seal those.

I have a huge run and I made one side from an old shed and on the back side I have another run and a coop in it but all holes have been patched with hardware cloth so...idk thanks for the help so far btw

While it may seem true, there are clearly still openings allowing predators in. What did you use to repair. ..wire, wood or? What wire is over your vents, etc? Is the coop for open to the run at all tonnes or closed at night? If open, what wire is used in the run? Is the run open on top or covered?
We often find one person's idea of "pedator proof" is very different from the next

I used hardware cloth for the closings in holes and yes the door is opened at all times and the run is a mix between hardware cloth and regular 1/4'' chicken wire

the run is halfway closed on the back side bc I ran out of wood to finish it. the front is all the way closed bc it is a shed with a little bit of run on the front side so I could have a door.

If I am understanding you, the run is not entirely closed in and the door is open at all times? That, unfortunately, would not even be kind of secured against predators:hmm

the door of coop is opened to run but not outside of whole place... I never let my chickens free range and I have a mean roo so I thought that might help a lil bit
