I'm new and need help

I just joined but i find this place a little complicated, i entered a couple of pages and it said i couldn't comment because i didn't have privileges? And i would like to change my name but i can't find how to do that so if anyone can help that would be great, thanks.

Usually the do this when you are new. @DuckLady , can change your user name. Just click her. Then hit "start a conversation" then just tell her. I'm sure she will help!

There are some restrictions on new members with regards to leaving comments on articles and using some of the other features of BYC. I'm afraid these are in place due to spam but I'm more than sure once you have a few posts under your belt the system will trust you and more features will become available.

To change your username please start a conversation with @DuckLady and she will be able to assist you with this
