@ Whiteflare I'm thinking about Silkies, Araucana, and maybe LAVENDER ORPINGTON if I can find them. Not caring about the eggs my husband won't eat them, and I'll eat and cook with any eggs. My husband has eaten Bantam eggs and never knew it. We already have a nice building for a coop and a fenced in area in the yard, I just need to find the chicks or try and hatch them myself, switch I really don't want to do, I would be a wreck by the time they hatched and if they didn't hatch, I don't even want to think about that!! LOL
