I'm new to all this, please bear with me...what breed is this?

I have this rooster. What breed is he?

Thanks a lot. I've been learning loads from this site. I've got some other chickens that I don't know the breeds, and when they are feeling more cooperative, I'll take their pictures. Most of my chickens are barred rock (6 hens and 10 chicks) and I have 10 RIR chicks. But I have a few that I don't know.

I'm no expert, but maybe he's a White Leghorn?

He looks a lot like my White Plymouth Rock rooster.

Leghorns have white earlobes, his are red so he's more likely a White Rock.

White (Plymouth) Rock.

Looks like a Rhode Island White from Ideal
