Im new to this site and chickens

My chickens were fine this morning and this afternoon i came home from work and there were 4 of them that looked very weak. Two have swollen eyes. One just looks droopy. Then anotger looks like she is having trouble breathing. Any ideas? I have seperated them from the flock. They just seem so uncomfortable. Thanks in advance
