I'm no farmer ... will tractor noise scare chickens?

as said the lawn mower wont bother them at all.theyll get used to it.my hens are used to the farm tractors around them.

Thanks, 'dot. I wonder what new irrational chicken-fear will invade my thoughts, now that I can stop worrying about the tractor noise? LOL! It'll be fun to come back on this forum a year from now, when I'm a seasoned veteran and can help out all the worried, expectant chicken mama's and papa's.

I blow my grass right into my pens, so the chickens love my lawn mower. They know they will get all the green grass they can eat!

Our 4-wheel quad is parked right by the chicken coop and my chickens free range during the day. They are getting used to it, and when it's parked they pick at whatever is on it and hide under it.
