I saw a couple (man and woman) the other day, who both had their toes painted with cute little flowers. I think the guy did it for the attention, so I pretended not to notice.
If I was dating someone , I'd like him to have reasonably groomed feet. But if he painted his nails on a regular basis, that would be a turn-off for me. I like my men to (reasonably) look and act like men.
