I'm not going to get sick, I'm not going to get sick...

I have to agree with with because I am in Finals this week. But fortunately I am not sick. But I had my share of sickness in Febuary when I was sick for the whole month.

My kids always laugh at me when I do that " I will NOT be sick" but I think it works, getting over a cold for the first time in 7 years right now, oh when feeling like you might get sick SLEEP SLEEP SLEEP when at all possible!

Thanks everyone!

I think the fact that I am stressing over the last week of school has played a part in the fact that I am sick. I plan on sleeping as soon as I get out of class today at 12:30! I ended up heading to beach yesterday and I stayed up way too late. Now I'm sorry! (But the beach was so much fun!)

Zicam works very well for me. I have allergies and respiratory problems, and used to get frequent colds. Have not had one in several years now. But you can't just use it for a few days, you have to stay with it til all symptoms are gone. The other poster is right, if you use it a few days and stop, you will get the cold anyway.

Well, at $12+ per box, and after going through 2 boxes and still getting sick, I figured screw it. Zycam is a scam doesn't work for me. I can get sick for free.

Glad it works for you, you must be rich

I'm just over this weird thing that lasted maybe a week or less. Coughing, stuffy nose, sore throat. I felt fine though. I wonder if I'm developing allergies. I've never had any before, but the pollen was so thick it coated my car greenish yellow. I'd rather it be a cold! Unfortunately I started sounding really bad right when the whole swine flu started up.
