I saw the same ad. I think he's selling something to use as a pendulum. I read about pendulum sexing here and thought it was silly. More as a joke than anything else, I put a needle on a thead and dangled it over my son. It worked!

Coincidence, right? So I tried it on my menagerie, myself and a few more of my kids. It was right every time, even on the pets who were spayed or neutered.

I haven't tried it with eggs, but I woudn't discount it. However, a needle costs a few cents at most and thread is even cheaper. I wouldn't call it a scam, just capitalism at its finest.

Someone should alert the Postmaster General since this is obviously a mail-order scam. As was noted, the results are rigged and the losers will be too mortified to report that they were scammed out of just $10.
