the bator was at 53% hummidity and i added water and took the eggs out of the egg turner now the hummidity is at 84% how critical is the humiddity and how many days does it take for bob whites to hatch? how do i get the hummidity down?

Unless the humidity turns to condescending humidity (meaning it is raining in your bator), you are fine. 84% isn't out of range. You can pop that red plug out, but you are probably fine.
I'm reading into your question, because I think your real question about (how many days does it take) means that you incubated for the 20-21 days required and are in setting mode. If that is the case, then the answer is....right now or 3-5 days from now.
