I have two EE/Cochin mixes and 1 EE/Polish mix that will be 20 weeks old this coming Sunday. Three cuckoo marans pullets that will be 15 weeks old tomorrow.

Wahhhhh... I want my girls to start laying!!! We got them on May 25th, but I have no idea how old they were (guessing 8 to 10 weeks). So far no sign of interest in laying, no checking out their nesting box, no clucking like a chicken who wants to lay an egg... sigh. I'm feeding them laying mash and oyster shells along with wheat, and they free range all day so have lots of bugs and greens in the yard. Congrats to all of you who have eggs now... any day (or week) for us!
