I'm pretty disappointed.....

Coffeegirl - If you get the humidity too high the condensation you see on the windows also will form in the air cell of the egg. When the chick pips into the air cell it gets a beak full of the condensated water and drowns.
 
PoultryPerson - remove the wet towels and you may still be ok. I wouldn't panic just yet. Remove the paper towels and try to relax.

coffeegirl - if your hygrometer is reading 67 and you see droplets on the bator window, then I'd say your hygrometer is inaccurate. I have never seen water on a window with a reading of 67 relative humidity.
