I will buy one I will buy one !!!! OMG those are so cute,, you are so lucky all we get is paper not cloth. Oh man I so want one way to cute, you did a great job.

Hats off to you! We should all learn to reuse and recycle more. This makes me think of how my Grandmother used to recycle the old fabric feed and flour sacks to make clothes and quilts. I still have some of her quilts with pieces of those in them. They recycled out of necessity. We're lazy today in our disposable society. We gotta make some changes in our ways. Thanks for leading the way!

wow! thanks

I do think that our society consumes too much & many things like sewing your own clothes or making other items is lost ( or is getting lost). Feels good to not throw away some stuff, and make cute usuable things out of it!

My dog food bags, Corn , & oats come in weave bags... how do you make the bottom square? I am goilng to make bags to use at the store!
thanks

I just figured out how to make the bottom - before I was actually cutting out pieces in a square to get it square. Theres a better way but it's hard to explain. I'll PM you a pic of the inside of the bag.

I was just thinking of making shopping bags! Didn't even occur to me to use the feed bags. Thanks for the idea. I have always used mine for trash, to line cages and stuff, cuz they hose off easily, and I've given them to people to fill with sand for sandbags during flood years. I have several in the barn cuz I hate to throw them away. Just need to figure out how to do it now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm not super good at sewing, but I like to.
Apron, great, I'm always making aprons!

My bags come in paper, but those really are great totes! I might even buy one.

I recycle mine at the local little store down the road, and use them as grocery bags and trash bags sometimes though.
