Im scared!!

well im not sure! i got one hen that wants to sit but I dont have a seperate area for her! I have a 24 egg bator that holds heat well! if I let her hatch them should i take them from her and put them in a brooder or let her take care of them!

To make sure they are fertile, I would crack a few and make an omelette.

But before you break up the yolks, look at them. You should be able to tell if they're fertile or not. If you're getting fertile ones pretty consistently, then save them up for a hatch.

thanks guys for the info! so should i crack eggs for a couple of days or just check my batch that i get in one day? Hope im not buggin im jus being a sponge and absorbing information!

I would say both would work to check for general fertility. And you're not bugging.
