im scared

Not sure what your worried about. Yes the color seems kinda dark for ham, but could be the curing. I used to can meat often but not so much since we got a freezer.

Just make sure the seal stays sealed (no big flux in temp.) and the look and smell is consistent with the others. As long as you fallowed directions yo should be good. Canned meat is usually very tender! Good Luck!
