I started in September so I'm pretty new. I live 2 hours from Meyer's Hatchery so my last 5 chicks were ordered sexed and vaccinated. My first 6 came from my local Rural King. I was told they were pullets on sale because they were a couple weeks old. I was also told that they were leghorns but it turns out I have at least 1 cockerel and they are Rhode Island Reds. One just started laying this week. 5 Barred Rocks, and 2 SLW came next then 2 ducks. My newest were hatched on October 18th. 2 Buff Brahmas, 2 Jersey Giants and one SL Polish cockerel. Doing great prepping to introduce them to the flock soon.

Omlll I got 6 from rural king too did u have any issues? I got them 2 days ago and one cant stand and has no balance. All he does is sleep. U have pics of ur chicks?
