im sick with the flu, is it possible for me to get my chicken sick? it normally likes to sleep on the bed with me but now its sleeping on it own bed in fear i may get it sick.

No, your chicken cannot catch your flu for the same reason a dog or a cat wouldn't be able to catch it. The Virus is species-specific and can't transfer to other animals.

(As a side note, I'm glad to know I'm not the only one who has let a chicken sleep on the bed.
