And the other nice thing is... you have a neighbor who can't complain about your chickens since he helped you build their coops!

He sounds like a good neighbor to have.

I do that ALL the time and DH still suspects NOTHING. If he doesnt do something after a few weeks of asking/nagging I just go outside without telling him and get to work. He is the nosiest man alive and before long he pokes around asking what I am doing. If I make it look like I can handle it and dont need him he just elbows right in and takes over....
