At this age, any red in the comb and wattles indicate roo. I think Uno and Dos are cockerels, while Tres is a pullet.

Awww does that mean I have to seperate? I was told you can't have more then one roo in a run together.

"UPDATE"
I found out breeds, Uno aka Benny Edward Roo" and Tres aka "Martha" are
Cochin/rhode island red mixes (the lady has white Cochin and black Cochins)
And dos aka Bella is a Black Star.
So with that bring said Benny is the Roo he is huge an bossy not scared an had a real red comb, wattle an circles by his eyes and still doesn't have all his back feathers.
Martha is a pullet hates to be held she is the smallest.
Bella a pullet she is the medium one loves to be held and so pretty.
