I'm so excited!

I'm starting literally from the ground up. My hardware cloth will be here Tuesday. (my farmer husband agreed to give me a shed to start my own project). It's been a long winter in Missouri especially having to wait to get started raising my own chick's. I'm a rookie but have always loved chickens. So hee we go. I'm so glad I found this website and new friends.

It's important to predator proof your coop and there are too many predators that can either tear through chicken wire or squeeze through the openings in the mesh.
