I have 8 hens, one roo and two eggs every other day... Two of my girls are 1yr and the others are all 7 months, I have a mix of EE's, jersey giant, a maran some silkies and a brahma... NONE of the younger girls are laying and Im really over it... They have been dewormed, all appear healthy, no molting, and no external parasites and all but one have nice red combs. What now?! Something cant be right... Its about to be freezer time, this is ridiculous, i may as well have a flock of roosters

Since we just passed the first day of spring it is likely an issue of the shortened daylight hours through the winter - as the days lengthen and the hours of light they are exposed to increases you will likely see an increase in their laying activity.

X2, the lengthening daylight hours should get those pullets laying. Also, with the possible exception of the EEs esp if they are hatchery, none of those breeds are really ones that normally would be early layers.
