LPs and record players are back in vogue.It says something about technology, that records were invented in the 1800's and were still in regular use into the early 2000's, but now you can't find a record player. Tapes and similar were invented in the forties and disappeared at about the same time. VHS was invented in the 70's as an extension of the audio tape, and it also vanished about 10 years ago.
Now we replace our cell phones every two years and call it progress.
