I'm so tired of egg shells in my food!!

I lightly tap the edge of a butter knife on my eggs (espesially the little ones like quail) and then the eggs just pop open! no shells. always in a separate bowl then into the recipe!

This is what I do. Very few shells fall in my food, and when they do they're larger pieces and easier to pick out. I swear by this method, and keep getting after hubby who cracks them on the corner of the counter.
