I'm soooo bummed!!

It works best if you raise them as peachicks for free-ranging, but you can also get yearling peafowl and they should do well free-ranging too because they are easy to tame and are still young enough to get used to your land. I really hope you can find some peafowl, it is very stressful when you know your peafowl are out there somewhere but you have no idea exactly were.

Thanks Minx, I am doing up some flyers but I don't have high hopes.

Is it possible you could just drive around in some neighborhoods and see if you spot one? That is what we did when our peacock ran away.

I will do that today but really don't have much hope. This is large parcel farmland, relatively flat with a few swales, lots of tree borders on everyone's properties and very little access except through their roads.

Mabe you could hook a big speaker to your puter or stereo and burn a cd of peafowl calling off youtube and play it on and off threw out the day.
Just tossing out an idea
