I'm thinking about making sausages..

I always wondered how well the Kitchen Aid grinder attachment works. I have a Kitchen Aid but not the attachment. I have a Deni that seems to work well for what I need.

The meat grinder works very well on the Kitchenaid. I see that they have the sausage stuffer for sale on Walmarts website. I think I'll definitely go to Merindorfs, its like three country blocks away from me. I'm so excited!! I have a peking duck that keeps sneaking into the turkey run so she's gonna go soon. I'm excited! I stayed up for an extra hour last night looking at recipes online. Thank you everyone.

Beware - Merindorf's is very, very dangerous for an omnivore.

Even if they don't have loose casings, the High Mountain kits do have them as part of the package.

Duck sausage is one of our favs. I have a recipe here on BYC, do a search for duck sausage. I would look but on dial up right now it would take forever.
