Happy, tell me I'm not crazy. @OneHappyRooster
I don't mean about her being male, I mean about them feathers.

I had a male NH and he was my baby along with my barred rock who used to follow me everywhere and the male was killed by a dog and my barred killed itself by getting stuck in the top of the waterer which I am still not sure how they opened it.Lol, ok. I'm just a worrier. If you look back at the second pic they really look like male saddles coming in.
Oh. I'm sorry.I had a male NH and he was my baby along with my barred rock who used to follow me everywhere and the male was killed by a dog and my barred killed itself by getting stuck in the top of the waterer which I am still not sure how they opened it.
Nice. I have a hen (laying eggs) that has shimmery edged round feathers in the saddle. She's a BO.Same here, she's a pretty girl though, I love the iridescence on her tail and the shine on her saddle. Her feathers are tipped in dark red and light orange too which is really cool.
I am confused though, it could be a male, but it never picks fights with the males, and was presenting to the roo earlier but she has not laid a single egg and she is 5 monthsNice. I have a hen (laying eggs) that has shimmery edged round feathers in the saddle. She's a BO.
Yours could maybe be a male with a crazy face, but I doubt it. And I mean really doubt it.
I'll give my final vote when I see more pics.
She squatted?I am confused though, it could be a male, but it never picks fights with the males, and was presenting to the roo earlier but she has not laid a single egg and she is 5 months
If she's squatting, you'll get those pretty eggs very soon. She has no eggies, and I am ver sad about that, I was looking forward to her being on the early side to laying.
