Is there anywhere she could hide them? How long has she been squatting?Ya, but she used to squat to the other NH and there were no eggies. But she was all about it with this male, she is very happy with her pretty boy
My NH male died about a month ago, so thats about how long, and I kept her in the coop so i could see if she was laying but hiding them for a couple days and got nothingIs there anywhere she could hide them? How long has she been squatting?
Hmm. How long ago was that?(the cooping) If she's free range, she def. might be hiding them. They often don't love the boxes as opposed to a nice prickly bush.My NH male died about a month ago, so thats about how long, and I kept her in the coop so i could see if she was laying but hiding them for a couple days and got nothing
I let them out everyday and they go back in and come out at random times since I have dogs that need to go out as well too sometimes. I keep keeping her in the coop for days at a time though just to see, but I never get anything. I have two gardens and one has been overtaken by squash and the other by thorny blackberry thornless blackberry and mint. She could be hiding them in there but I never see her go into either of them, or near them for that matter.Hmm. How long ago was that?(the cooping) If she's free range, she def. might be hiding them. KHer comb isn't really red, so she doesn't look POL. Hmm...
I got to go to bed.
I'll check back in the morn.
