Awe, he's so sweet. We had a goose growing up and I'd love to get a goose again. But we don't have the space. Your goose is BEAUTIFUL and I wish him a speedy recovery. Let him watch Animal Planet. That ought to cheer him up.

On the other hand....I would have taken my 12 gauge, shot the dog, and drug it over to her house and told her, Your dog was on my property attacking my pets. And yes, I'd take her to court for the vet bill, and if the court will allow, emotional damages. Also make her pay for the price of a replacement. I know no other can replace your poor chickie, but she should still be made to pay. She is an irresponsible animal owner. She should not be allowed to own anymore animals.

So, let me get this straight, her dog got out of her propety, Which violates the law of containing ones own animals, and, it enters your propety, which is tresspassing, then, it severly harms your animals, which is destruction of others propety, yet, she still believes she is innocent?

I 100% support your decision to take her to court, and I hope carma finds her.

Yep! She says I can't prove it was my chicken. But the hundreds of feathers surrounding her dogs houses are Red Wagons. We cut all of our free rangers wings so they don't fly over the fence and when I was taking to her I picked up a pile of Red Wagons feathers and of course they are cut. I have the other prices of her wings because we jut cut them the week before. One dog is chained and she refuses to chain the other. See all the feathers
