I'm trying not to show favoritism to my girls but......

I didn't like the turn out I got from my first incubator because it had issues with keeping the humidity at the right level and the lid was difficult to get aligned properly after candling.

Now I have 4, the first one and three others that 'somehow' ended up getting delivered.

Each one has a different design or feature the others don't so now I have to try them, right?
OMG Now I know who to go to when I start hatching my own lol. I entered the Brinsee contest in hopes of winning one lol. I also realized that I'm in love with the Brahmas so I asked the coop for a cockerel. Turns out one of the new babies IS a cockerel....At least I'm pretty darn sure he is. I love how God works lol.

Not so sure about that. Of 12 eggs 7 hatched, two of those got stuck in the due to the humidity issues and I had to rehome an aggressive male chick. Now I have 4, 2 females and 2 males.

I do intend to figure out what went wrong by getting eggs from different sources and trying the different incubators.

I got a bantam buff Brahma last year not knowing how large a standard Brahma was 😳 she’s just a normal sized chicken lol

Here’s Ani staring down my broody hoping for a moment in the favorite nest box
