I'm trying not to show favoritism to my girls but......

yikes! isn't there one that does all the humidity and turning for you?
It was supposed to, hence the 3 new ones to test out.

This is the first one I got, https://a.co/d/6CRCFfo, it did ok, but not great.

The reason I selected this one https://a.co/d/4ccFIZv is it can also run off a 12V-DC battery so I don't have to worry about power outages, or I can incubate outside in a covered area if the weathers right.

This one has adjustable rails depending on the size of the eggs https://a.co/d/429ewyH

And this one https://a.co/d/iwElfJo has presets depending on the species of egg your hatching.

That's a nice run, where'd you get it?
TSC. They are their poultry runs. I just put them back to back so i can walk all the way through. Eventually, I'll have a tunnel made too connect the run and coop under the tarp as well. I'm going to replace the 1/4 inch hardware cloth so i don't have to tarp the whole 20' run because the snow gets stuck.

I'm anxious to see if the other 2 work well for you. I have seen the first one before and thought about buying it. Glad you mentioned it didnt work well. From my older flock I have a blue laced red wyandotte rooster and was going to hatch some of my creme legbar girls with him.

Thats painful. :(
It sucked, but the smaller number of chicks is giving me time to work out the kinks and get set up better before I get more. My goal is one manageable rooster and 10 hens. I wouldn't want too many many since I want room for a few chicks each spring without overtaxing myself.

I do too regarding the rooster. Louie hates me lol. I heard brahma roosters are nice. We'll see haha
