So, I'm panicking a little bit. I've had the girls (about 5 1/2 weeks old) in the brooder until last night (no heat lamp). We've been taking them outside and letting them play in their run for the last four days or so. So, we basically finished the coop yesterday, so I got it ready with their bedding and everything; we let them in there last night. The temps around here have been 70s-80s in the daytime and 60s at night- and sunny. This morning it's about 62 and it's only supposed to get up to about 72, AND it's pouring rain. I mean pouring!

It's supposed to do this now until Saturday. Do you think they'll be okay? Should I even let them into their run or just keep them in their coop? I'm so worried they'll get sick!

Keep them in the coop unless you can cover the run with a tarp--you're right that you should be careful about them getting wet at this age! But as long as they stay very dry, they will be just fine in their coop.
